While at MAEA’s Legislative Roundtable, which was held on Manufacturing Day, we had the chance to catch up with Chris Dende, VP of HR at Mrs. T’s Pierogies. He was excited to tell us that they have a YES alumnus on staff that’s doing very well at the company. Dakota Rakus, a Shenandoah Valley YES graduate, was hired at the beginning of the year as a Business Analyst. It just so happens that Dakota toured Mrs. T’s while he was still a YES student at Shenandoah Valley. When we asked him if he could reflect on his time in the program, this is what he had to say…
